The organizing committee will not ask delegates for credit card information for any purpose. Registration is completed only via the official conference system. Please be alert to any unsolicited requests for payment details.

  • Page Limit: Regular paper registration includes 6 pages. Extra pages will be charged at ¥510 / US$ 70 per page (maximum 4 extra pages allowed).
  • Full Registration includes: welcome reception, banquet, lunch, coffee breaks, and access to all conference sessions, paper publication.
  • Student Registration: Full-time students must provide valid proof (student ID or institutional letter) via email to ccat_info@yeah.net when registering.
  • Listener registration includes: coffee breaks, lunch, and access to all conference sessions.
  • Payment: For each accepted submission and attending participant, at least one paid registration is mandatory. A registration is considered valid solely upon receipt of the full payment.

Important Conditions

  • No Show: 100% fee applies if registered attendee does not appear.
  • Personal Reasons (travel, visa, health, etc.): No refund or compensation.
  • Force Majeure: The organizer may change conference date/place and is not liable for refunds in such cases.
  • Substitutions from co-authors or same organization are permitted with registrar approval.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretary via email.
